Spectrum Learning Technologies was created after navigating the Arizona ESA program firsthand as a parent.

Like many families, we experienced the confusion around eligibility, the uncertainty around technical specifications, and the frustration of trying to select technology that would genuinely support long-term learning.

We realized that most vendors focus on selling devices — not helping families make informed academic decisions.

We decided to change that.

A Note on ESA Programs

While many of our customers participate in Arizona’s ESA program, Spectrum Learning Technologies does not guarantee eligibility or approval. Families are responsible for confirming eligibility requirements with their program administrator prior to purchase.
